After graduating
with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Communications
from the University of Nebraska, Kathleen spent three years
in Peru, teaching English. Living within the Peruvian culture
sparked her interest in holistic medicine.
Upon returning to the States, Kathleen earned a Masters of Acupuncture
degree from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental
Medicine (NIAOM). She is now a licensed acupuncturist in the
state of Washington, as well as nationally certified by the
NCCAOM. She has also studied and received certification in Toyohari
acupuncture by the International Toyohari Association, and is
currently a member of the Association's Seattle Toyohari branch.
